Idk about any of u but I have got the problem its my anxiety I weight my self everyday most of the time more than once

Had another decent day today. Chicken breast for breakfast, half a bagel for snack, turkey salad for lunch, and im having bbq chicken and veggies for dinner tonight.

Bek, I had that problem too. I know its hard, but just weigh yourself on Fridays with us and I'm sure you will be happier with your results. All you need is two pounds a week and you'll loose the 25 lbs in 3 months :)
