Challenge : 25 lbs in 3 months
Anybody interested in getting in a 25 lb weight loss challenge? I'm thinking 3 months would be a good amount if time to complete this challenge.
Weigh in will be on Fridays. Post your start weights today and every other friday update your results.
This thread will also be used to motivate each other and for us to give each other tips on weight loss.

If anyone is wondering 25 lbs in 3 months is right around loosing 2 lbs a week. I think everyone can do this!

We have 4 people in the challenge now. That's awesome! Looking forward to see all our progress!

I did OK with my eating today. 2 eggs for breakfast, banana for a snack, chicken salad with light dressing for lunch, an apple with almond butter for snack, and chicken and salsa for dinner. I also ate 3 jelly beans :)
