Omg amy thank god i thought i lost my weight loss partner then :\ i have no idea where the thread has gone its just not in my favourites anymore nor can i recover it any other way :| .... its okay this will be the new one, i have just had a small plate of plain white boiled rice with a handful of veg...not gonna eat now for the rest of the day, going to start with my exercise soon...hows your day been?

It sounds good, keep doing it and patient! Do u feel easier to eat like that? Your body will be soon thinner! I ate a little today amd guess my parents& sister begin to complain too much...bla bla bla. But i know my body! So just be patient and the best results will come. 2 weeks gone by faster than i remember....go on go go on!

Oh gosh your family sounds just like mine soon as they see me touch food a war breaks loose! its getting easier to eat less but its taking forever seeing results but i guess everything comes with time... I feel like i need increase the amount of pounds i lose a week but i wanna aim to lose between 3-5 rather than 2...just don't know what else to possibly do

I read this method: u eat every 2 hours, starting at 11am until 19 pm. U have 5 meals to eat & every meals from 100 - 150 calo - it's up to you. This is the best method for u if u wanna lose faster but u need determine to finish it. I wanna do this diet too but hard...a friend of mine has succeed, she lost 10lbs in 20 days without exercises. I will try it somedays because my situation isnt suitable to eat like that, i have to use meals with family on time.
