This diet will help you get rid of dangerous toxins and will boost your metabolism. Since calorie intake is very low, you should get back to normal healthy diet after 4 days, and you shouldn't perform this diet more often than once every 2 months.

    250 ml fresh cabbage soup, 2 slices melba toast

    1 cup mint tea with lemon juice (no sugar!)

    salad made with 30 g fresh spinach, 30 g iceberg lettuce, 30 g arugula, 30 g romaine lettuce, 1 tbsp. olive oil and lemon juice
